Trip to Jackson

The following are posts to help and document our trip to Jackson, TN.  It started as a little vacation that we wanted to take, but we had not decided on a place to go until the day that we left!  We just wanted a getaway that wasn't too busy and wasn't extremely far away.

So off we went, Thursday, August 9, 2012 with a car full of stuff and coffee for the road!

We weren't far up the road when the adventures began.  We had to stop to let the weather pass by.  We were close to a hospital in Laurel so we pulled in and waited around in their cafeteria for a bit.
(There is an inside joke about us eating in the hospital.  The one in Hattiesburg has good food for low price and I brought my wife and her mother there because it was convenient and they laughed at me...but they very much enjoyed it!)
